Refund / Exchange Policy

Please get in touch using the Contact us page [https://legendfootballshirts.bigcartel.com/contact] before sending any items back. Conditions for returns as below;

• Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and have the tags still attached.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage cost. Use of a tracked service is advised.
• Item must be returned within 14 days of contact being made.

To help speed up things if requesting an exchange, it is recommended to purchase the new item and send yours back for a refund. 
Refunds will be processed once a return has been checked over (usually within 24 hours). Refunds will only be returned back to the original payment method. Please allow time for the payment to be returned, this is usually 3-5 working days but may differ according to your payment provider.
